Public Enemy Still Doesn't Suck
Fear of a Black Planet Changed my world in 1992. I listened with heightend excitment to each word that passed from Chuck D to my ears and found something that I didn't know even existed in music. Last night I saw the trak Welcome to the Terrordome played live for the first time and I was moved in way that was totally new to me. All at once the hair on the back of my neck stood up and my spine tingled. I felt like hugging the person to the right of me and tapping the person on the left of me on the shoulder so when they turned I could cold-cock them and beat the holy hell out of them. I did neither by the way, but that shouldn't change how you feel about how much I was moved.
